Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card . For American Express and Discovery use PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Handmade Product
Each invitation is detailed BY HAND and therefore slight variances may exist from piece to piece. We take great care to provide you with impeccable invitations and stationary but cannot in any way guarantee the exact placement of handmade details from card to card. Paper products may vary slightly in color and weight, from one mill lot to the next. A product ordered today may vary slightly in color or weight from the same product ordered previously.

Invitation Production (Turnaround Time):
Handmade Invitations: 2-4 weeks for production after the client approval. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 3-7 business days. This does not include shipping transit time. Our invitations arrive semi-assembled. If you ordered a proof, you can expect to see an email proof in 3 - 4 business days.

Invitations - Changes to your Order
We recognize that you may decide to change an order (spelling of name, change of color, adding or deleting middle names, etc.) after your order has been placed, and after you have received your Order Confirmation email. We always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, because each product is custom created one at a time, please understand that changes to an order after we have begun to process it, result in additional time and expense to us. Therefore, our policy states that we may charge a “Change Fee” to cover our formatting time when changes to an order occur after we have begun to process the order. Our Change Fee is $30.00. In order to avoid being charged this fee, please make sure that you provide us with complete and accurate information at the time you place your order.

Invitations - Custom Proofs
Proofs are provided to allow our clients to check the content, overall text placement, artwork elements and layout before we go to print. Please be aware that an electronic file proof ( PDF, jpg, Tif) does not provide accurate color representation. Each computer monitor is different and, therefore, the colors you see on your screen are likely not accurate representations of the final product. We will provide you with a "Proof" of your order for your review and approval generally within 3-4 business days from our providing you with the "Order Confirmation". (However, for extensive customization, we generally require 7 days to provide you with a Proof). The first three proof is complimentary. The first proof is your opportunity to make substantive or layout changes. Subsequent proofs with any changes will result in a $10 per proof fee. Please take care when providing Invitation text and wording files to us to ensure their accuracy before placing your order. Although we take care to proofread and spell check the electronic text files that you provide to Mint by galas, we do not assume responsibility for spelling, grammar, and punctuation or syntax errors in WORD files provided to Mint Stationary. It is your responsibility to proofread the final proof. Proofs are provided by Email, so please provide us with a current email address. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to open the proof file. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to read any part of the proof. Your Order will be printed generally within two to five business days of your approval of the proof and submit the payment. Your approval of the proof is requires before the order can be placed into our production schedule. Please, note that a pending proof approval could delay you order.

Invitations - Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our invitations, all sales are final. Once the client has approved of the proof, a refund can not be given. **Please make sure to review the proof carefully. Mint by galas is not responsible for mistakes overlooked by the client during proofing process. If the mistake is a company error, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. If you must cancel your order before the proof approval, there will be a 50% cancellation charge the total cost of your invitation for material,design and processing fees.

Invitations - Rush Order
In most cases, we can accommodate rush request. However, we reserve the right to evaluate an order’s complexity along with our current project and production schedule to determine if we are able to meet your needs. Assuming we can accommodate a rush order fee will apply. The fee vary based on current production volumes. But start at $40.00. Contact us for a estimate.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 14 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Mint by galas. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns
At Mint by galas we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, samples and personalized ribbon. All cake jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 14 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in it's original packaging. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Mint by galas or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Checks and Postal Money Orders are shipped as soon as the checks have cleared.

Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
